Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

Original tags and packaging must be intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.
Items not eligible for return:

Worn, washed, or damaged items.

Final sale or clearance items.

Items returned without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Exchanges / Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll make it right – either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect items.
