Colors and sizes may vary slightly due to display settings or manufacturing differences.
3. Order Acceptance & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including:
- Out-of-stock products.
- Payment authorization failure.
- Shipping restrictions.

Prices are listed in USD. We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
4. Shipping & Delivery
VentryoCo™ is the official seller and fulfiller of all orders. We currently ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
- Processing Time: 1- 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping Time: 5- 7 business days after processing.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6- 9 business days.
Shipping is free on all orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 5- 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Order Cancellations & Disputes
Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
If you have issues with your order, please contact us directly to resolve disputes.

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. VentryoCo™ is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect login information.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Transactions and customer data may also be processed by Shopify on our behalf.
